Music style:
The rock and roll  appeared in the 50 years of the twentieth century in United States of North America. The  rock and roll is a musical genre with marked rhythm, derived from a mixture of various styles of American folklore (rhythm and blues and country and western are the most prominent). The first instruments used in rock and roll were the  electric guitar, drums, piano, double bass, saxophone and trumpet.
What is this song about?
The song written almost in its entirety by the vocalist Mick Jagger, is a portrait of a teenager tormented by a general frustration, it reflects "the world of the sixties," the hopes of his generation and the cynicism of the era. The reference to sexual relations, and dyes of the anticapitalist court caused great commotion in the society of that decade. It is considered by critics as the best recording of the band.
I have chosen this song because...
I have chosen this song for many reasons. Is one of my mother’s favourite ones, she likes a lot because it has a lot of rythm and the lyrics are very sticky. The lyrics are very simple but it is very good to learn it and to sing it with your friends this is what my mother did when she was young. My mother said that this song takes her a lot of regards of her childhood because she dance it with her friends all the time. Nowadays my mother still listen this song and it is so popular.
What makes me feel?
This song makes me feel happ because it is a song with a lot of rythm and very lively. With sticky lyrics althoug i am not identified with the lyrics of this song and my mother I hope not too. Although it is a song that has received much criticism, it is very popular and has had and will continue to have much success with the passage of time, has been the second of the 500 greatest songs of history by rolling stone magazine
